Breakfast excellent. Service not as rushed before 9am. When restaurant was crowded staff were under pressure to clear tables quickly....when I left my table to get hot food the table was cleared and re-allocated on my return. This was frustrating and very annoying. Because the staff were under pressure and rushed I felt I couldn't relax with my food and enjoy a leisurely breakfast

Los Jameos is the perfect place for location, close enough to travel anywhere on the island. The weather was great, we did have a day when it rained but there is enough do around the hotel keep you entertained. Food is fantastic with loads of choice 😋. Rooms are clean and well maintained throughout our stay, housekeeping are very efficient. Staff throughout the hotel are friendly and helpful if you need anything. We celebrated a 21st birthday and the staff helped organise a surprise, everything was great.

Hotel in buona posizione frontemare e vicina ai servizi. Personale attento e gentile, ristorante con materie prime di qualità e ben organizzato. Le camere Superior recentemente rinnovate sono molto belle. Massaggi alla Spa ottimi.

Mancanza di servizi in caso di maltempo, spa piccola.

The staff is what made this a really pleasant stay having had a medical emergency I cannot say enough about the staff even checking in with us afterwards to make sure we were all ok thank you to everyone at this hotel for your caring attitudes
