"Séjour au top. Nombreuses prestations de qualité"

Grande qualité de prestations de cet hôtel dans lequel nous retournons pour la 4e fois! Petit dejeuner de très bonne qualité, grand choix pour le buffet du soir et du midi. La décoration est sobre et élégante. Les espaces extérieurs sont très bien pensés avec une grande zone pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants. Salle de sport, spa, massages ( Carlos et juste exceptionnel, son massage thérapeutique est exceptionnel), coiffeur, salle de jeux, machine à laver, mini golf. Les équipements sont au top. Sa localisation proche aéroport ( sans les nuisances) et son accès bord de mer sont autant d atout supplémentaires indéniables!

Un detail peut être mais j aurais apprécié pouvoir bénéficier du cocktail de bienvenue le soir, au piano bar...pourquoi seulement en journée?

Hotel looks amazing with all the palm trees and cactuses. Our suite was comfy, big and clean with a nice view. Breakfast had a lot of options, with a lot of fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs etc. Everything you need. But the dinner was an experience, each night there are special dinners topic's with food from around the world. Fresh fish, steaks, paella, pasta, there is something for everyone. They also had a good range of gluten free options. Bus stop is right next to hotel, beach is few steps away, but I recommend taking the bus or walk to the Puerto del Carmen and Playa Grande. There is less wind and the beach is beautiful.

There is a pizza oven for dinner every day and pasta stand, but with no gluten free options.

Very friendly people, excellent service, beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms with a very good bed, the food is really good with a lot of choice every day and very tasty. I totally recommend this hotel!

Das Hotel war super! Es hat uns sehr gefallen und hatte alles was es braucht für Erwachsene und Kinder. Die erwärmten Pools, der Spielplatz sowie der Kidsclub und das ganze Programm für Kinder waren toll (Imara und ihr Team machen es von Herzen und begeistern die Kinder). Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Essen sehr lecker. Wir waren super super happy dort.
