Ár-érték arány tökéletes. Bár nem központi elhelyezkedésű, a belváros közvetlen buszjárattal elérhető, ahogy a reptéri transzfer busz is. Az online bejelentkezés jól működik

Klíma nincs, még csak egy szúnyogháló sem. A leírással ellentétben nem volt hajszárító, vár ez a 35 fokban kevéssé jelentett problémát. Zajszigetelés nulla, a folyosó visszhangzik, az utcazaj nagyon behallatszik.
