The room was neat and had basic amenities

The bathroom lacked basic amenities. For example, you are not provided with bathing soap. Also, when our room was cleaned, toilet paper which I requested was not replaced. Found out at night and unfortunately because I traveled to Paris in the morning so found no reason to make a physical complaint. From Paris, I brought one to avoid any issues. On our final night, fire alarm went off 3 times around 1am, with no explanation. Maybe explanation would have been given in the morning but I checked out early.

It is relatively cheap compare to the other Hotels in Brusells. There was a nice courtyard and terrasse for us in the back.

Our stay at Budget Flats was disappointing overall. The cleanliness was acceptable but nothing special. The biggest issue was the constant noise. There was a lot of yelling and commotion around the property, especially at night, which made it difficult to rest. One incident was particularly concerning: at around 3:00 AM, firefighters arrived unexpectedly and forced entry into one of the rooms. It caused a major disturbance and woke up many guests. When we asked what had happened afterward, nobody seemed to have any explanation. The surrounding area also did not feel particularly safe. While we did not personally experience any problems, the neighborhood has a reputation for petty crime and occasional violent incidents, which affected our overall comfort level during the stay. Unfortunately, because of the noise, disturbances, and location, I would not choose to stay here again.

Un poco descuidado

Des personnes fumaient de la drogue juste devant l’entrée de l’établissement. De plus, le couloir d’entrée n’était même pas éclairé, ce qui donne une impression d’abandon. J’ai également écourté mon séjour à cause de cette mauvaise expérience, mais malgré cela aucun geste commercial ne m’a été proposé, et mon précédent message est resté sans réponse. Je trouve cela très décevant au vu de la situation.

There was a microwave oven but it would have been great if there were some microwave safe bigger bowls and dishwashing liquid.
