Hotel on the Promenade

Die Lage ist prima, die Mitarbeiter sind supernett. Toll auch, dass man im Hotel Restaurant eine gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken bekommt. Nette Geste war der Sekt zur Begrüßung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nichts zu beanstanden

La chambre est vraiment très propre et belle. Look moderne, lit et literie propre et confortable. Belle salle de bain moderne, efficace et amusante. Le personnel est agréable et sympathique. Bien située pour visiter Le Cap.

Les clients un peu bruyants jour et nuit et de passer par l’entrée du restaurant avec les valises pour accéder à la réception.

Das Frühstück von der Restaurantkarte war sehr gut, dass Personal nett und aufmerksam

Die Zimmer waren schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sehr hellhörig.

Located a short walk from the sea front. You can walk the sea front all the way to the Waterfront. Plenty of restaurants near by. The hotel did good food. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to assist.

A/C wasn’t working, but the team were able arrange for repair and job done.

Petit hôtel moderne, confortable et joliment aménagé. La cuisine du restaurant est excellente. Personnel aimable. Situé à 2 pas de la promenade et de la plage.

Mauvaise insonorisation au niveau de la porte de la chambre. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Lenteur du service au restaurant (comme bien souvent dans la région).

The location is excellent. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff were all very friendly.

Overall it was a pleasant stay largely due friendliness of the staff (as mentioned above) but the hotel does not live up to its claims as a 4 star boutique hotel. There were a number of things that were wrong which were not dealt with despite asking the manager several times to rectify them. The cover of the lounger on the balcony and the balcony balustrade had bird poo on them. Neither was cleaned during our week-long stay at the hotel. The other balcony furniture was tatty.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und das Personal total freundlich! Die Lage perfekt, Geschäfte fussläufig erreichbar. Hop on hop off ca. 5 Min. von Unterkunft entfernt! Das Essen war hervorragend!

Rien en particulier

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel, Zimmer kompakt aber alles da was man benötigt, Bett sehr bequem, Frühstück hervorragend, extrem nettes Personal. Lage zentral in Seepoint, über die Strasse die kilometerlange Promenade, Hop on Hop off Haltestelle um die Ecke. Aussicht aus den Zimmer ist nicht aufs Meer (Seitenstraße). Parkplätze können ein Problem werden, man kann aber im Hotel gegenüber fragen, dort kann man bei freien Kapazitäten für 100 Rand je Nacht einen Platz in der Garage bekommen.
