"Wonderful!"

We loved our stay at the Promenade! Location is excellent, breakfast was so delicious, the room was beautiful with a little terrace, coffee machine and a big bathroom and the wifi was perfect. What really stands out is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff - special thanks to Tawanda who was really kind and attentive - always with a smile! We highly recommend this hotel. We had a car and street parking was free of charge. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

"most enjoyable & comfortable stay in a gem of a small Hotel. Rooms/bathroom are well fitted out."

Lovely sitting out on the covered verandah eating delicious breakfast (choice options good).

Unfortunately, room next door to mine experienced a plumbing problem & the noise fixing latter was incredibly annoying. However, the charming Manager was most apologetic.

"All in all best location - taxi ride to v and a waterfront about $5 to city centre to airport $25"

Great location - recommend sea point for Cape town - very clean and safe area and tour pick ups and hop in pick ups are very close - this hotel 1/2 block from water - 1 block to many restaurants -

The location is fantastic , 20m to the promenade, 4 minute walk yo Mojo market Staff very friendly , clean rooms

There are no views, so it feels a little claustrophobic.

"Absolutely worth staying at this independent boutique hotel!"

The location is great. The staff is super helpful. The newly unofficially added espresso martinis were very good. Overall the service was great. We had several special requests, like having car service organised, which was done perfectly.

Not much to say. We really liked everything. If anything, the room we got was on the smaller side. But beyond that, we had a really good time.
