El servicio excelente, el desayuno, la localización a pie de pista y el servicio de alquiler de esquís.

Las almohadas, muy incómodas, las vistas desde la habitación y la música (Desde que te despiertas ponen un tecno que no pega con el lugar en el que te encuentras). Tuvimos mala suerte y la pista desde la que accedes al hotel esquiando estaba cerrada, por lo que solo podías salir esquiando del hotel pero no volver.

The best part of the hotel is the ski room. Friendly staff and great service. Great location for ski in/out. Well staffed overall and concierge is fab.

Food in general / breakfast is basic and boring. SPA very basic Mattresses are hard, not very comfy. Rooms are very warm and you can hear the plumbing/ water sounds all around you.

"Excellent option for families and vacation with friends"

This is an excellent, wonderful hotel. Conveniently located right on the ski slope, with the Plantrey lift just a 300-meter descent downhill. The Croisette area is a 3-minute shuttle ride away (though a bit far to walk). The shuttle service is perfectly organized, and the concierge staff are true professionals. The hotel is small, with just over 30 rooms. The decor is fresh, and the rooms are spacious and clean. There are no complaints about housekeeping (a rarity!). The bathroom fixtures (sinks, taps) are new and of high quality, complemented by premium toiletries. Breakfast is good—the selection, while not extensive, covers all essentials. The spa and fitness center are compact, featuring a pool with outdoor access, a sauna, and a hammam. The masseurs are top-class professionals. I’d like to especially highlight the staff’s friendliness. Everyone is polite, attentive, and responsive to any request. I totally recommend this hotel—you will not be disappointed.

Just the view from the window of my room Breakfast staff was super nice (but not a wow breakfast)

Breakfast: Its very weak. Not one fresg croissant except the ones that come in from a bag of 12 At midnight, we had friends over they said the area closes for vacuuming and they had to leave?! We arrived 2 days late due to a real emergency from a hospital, we asked for a refund or some compensation, it was refused The concierge service (basically the hotel lobby receptionist) charges you 5% extra to all reservations made thru them on top of the extreme Courchevel prices (it was indicated on booking. I inform them, they had to refund the charge) The ski instructor was overly charged. The hotel makes a res from 9:30-12:30 for 365. They charged us 495 Euro because the ski instructor said he was with us. We asked him if he wanted to have a coffee with us out of politeness and he charged us for his time and hotel accepted his hours because the hotel gets 50% of the share There are many many other issues with the hotel. We had to go to Saint Roche to our friends hotel to have a midnight snack, to have a better service every day.
