Very rude and uneducated front disk guy. Arrived at hotel 2am booked for whole 2 nights the guy refused to check in asking for kids passport although parents Uzbek Nationals had passports and IDs. On booking.com not mentioned in policy. So we had to look around and fined another hotel in Tashkent around 3 am. Still scammed / charged us for entire booking.

The location was great; the staff were very helpful and nice.

1. There was no hot, not even warm, water in my room. I took shower with cold water for three days. I complained to the desk but they told me I needed to run the water to get warm water, but it didn't work.

Great location. Room comfortable and has been modernized.

Some of the staff need to say hello and liven up but in general no issues. Front office staff nice. Stayed here since 2021 and the hotel needs a face lift.

Mycket bra frukost.

Sängen var ganska mjukt som gjorde att jag inte kunnat sova bra visa nätter, men allt annat var perfekt, rena rum, fantastisk bassäng, spa och super hjälpsamma personal ffa Firosa i receptionen och en annan dam vid Polen som jag tyvärr inte namnet
