Was a good stay good parking good pool one thing I woulda liked was a hot as hot tub the spa was just warm I understand it’s Aus but us from nz like to burn anyway 😂🤝

When it was time to leave

Everything, we were sleeping under bed sheets as they expected you to pay for blankets, arrogant people that kept arguing all night, there car was parked next to our room Which was ground floor room no15 and the lady was opening and closing the car doors every 15 minutes, the shower was leaking , the tv kept loosing signal…

Wee loved the cleanliness and the fresh looking rooms.

We had a leaky tap that was hard to turn on and off.

A good location. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The on-site parking meant the car was safe from the traffic of an adjacent construction site. The construction site was not a problem.

No separate sink in the room to wash crockery and cutlery. The only wash up bowl was the bathroom hand basin.

Location

First I arrived about 9:00pm with my kids (after check in in the afternoon ), and we couldn’t open the door to get in… I rang the number of reception (after hours) and nobody answered…. If wasn’t a guy that I think he is living there due working (road worker) come to us and do a “trick “to open the door, we would be sleeping in my car…. To make things worse, I’ve asked for a late check out and the lady wrote on my entrance form about it and said that I had to pay 20 dollars extra before I leave the premises which I agreed .So the next morning , around 10:20 am I have been awaken with a lady knocking the door so abruptly that I thought the building was on fire… She said that I had to leave because 20 minutes has passed…. I explained that I’ve asked for late check out ( and the the request was written on my entrance form)and she said she didn’t know about it…. I was very angry and agitated for being awake the way she did…I close the door on her and she knocked again at the same way telling me that I could stay until 11… As I was so upset I said that I was living as soon as I packed. My kids were also agitated… I couldn’t even have a shower in the morning as I usually do… So it was the worse experience I’ve had… I would like to have a refund or a credit for staying somewhere else when I need.. I just lost my husband at begging of the year and went to the coast with my kids to have some fun…and it ended up like this… Very disappointing…. I hope you guys can fix that for us! Thank you
