Fairly clean

Considering the age of the property, we were pleased with the level of cleanliness maintained throughout our stay. The accommodation was well-equipped with adequate towels, cutlery, a hair dryer, and thoughtful essentials such as dishwashing liquid and a new sponge. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—particularly Moyna, who assisted us with various queries and ensured a smooth and convenient check-in process, especially as we arrived after hours due to our flight schedule. Additionally, the property is conveniently located with easy access to public transport, which further enhanced our overall experience.

While I understand that the property is not newly built, I would like to share some observations from our stay. On the first day, we encountered two cockroach-like insects—one in the bathroom and another near one of the beds—which was somewhat unsettling. However, we did not notice any further occurrences during the remainder of our stay. Additionally, there were construction works taking place during our visit, which at times resulted in some noise. That said, I would like to express my appreciation to the staff for informing us in advance through clear and professional written communication.

Very noisy, construction site opposite the facility, accommodation is often used by young party individuals. Not suitable for family with children.

easy location , room is great and it's clean

The location was good for my needs. There is a Woolworths Metro across the street which was helpful to have.

The car park was difficult as I have a large duel cab Ute and it only just fit it the spaces but that’s a me problem.
