Very clean. Spacious room. Cleaning staff pleasant and appeared thorough.

No one af reception on arrival or departure, water in unit stopped while i was in shower at 0810 on second day and did not come on again before my deaprture at 0845. Reception locked on arrival, rang bell twice, finally rang a number on reception door on my cell before so eone arrived. Water in shower not hot enough. Grounds shabby. No info in unit about local food outlets, dairies etc . Phone i room no info on how to contact reception. Light in room flickered all the time. Luckily wall lights to use.

Reception locked and no one in sight when I arrived at 3pm. Rang bell twice, no response, rang cell number on window and finally someone arrived. Room clean but very dated. Over powerful air freshner smell as room closed up. Room spacious, bed comfortable, bathroom small and would not be suitable for an older person who needed some space. Grounds spacious but shabby. Main light in bedroom flickered all the time while on, luckily plenty of wall lights. No folder with info of local surroundings, restaurants or how to contact reception. Water turned itself off while I was in shower at 0810 on Sunday. No water from bathroom basin or kitchen sink either. I left at 0840hrs and still no water??? No one at reception when I left to report this or the light issue to. Not overly impressed for 2 nights totalling $334 for No 5 Suite Friday and Saturday nights. Would not stay there again or recommend.

Nothing like photos, run down, needs maintenance. It basically is not up two scratch. Old appliances stacked up at entrance way to unit Partner wouldn't even use shower. Not a pass mark from us.

It was very quiet. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The front door was locked and had to ring to get someone to reception. Obviously very understaffed. The restaurant was closed. Not given enough milk for 2 people. No wine class. No tea towel
