Convenient location and very good value for money in this area. Undercover parking. Friendly management Staff.

Excellent location. Unit was newly renovated. Very spacious and comfortable lounge and good sized kitchen. Nice to have a verandah off the lounge. Bed linen was luxurious.

Bedrooms backed onto road which was a little noisy at night. Bathroom was really tiny.

There is a pool and tennis court on site (shared between neighbor resort visitors and local permanent residents who bought units in the Noosa Key Resort) Tennis court provides balls and rackets (some have broken handles) Location was close to the river and bus stops Washing machine and dryers are there with a pack of laundry detergent, but the washing machine didn't work properly at the first use. Ceiling fans are provided, a bit old and hard to sleep with just the fans on very hot nights, but as there is no air condition in the bedrooms, at least the ceiling fans will bring some wind. Free carparks are provided, just need to park at a place that can't be seen from the unit. two large sofas with cushions and blankets are provided, though not as clean. Funny to see both the old and new longer feet are attached to the sofa's bottom at the same time after some kind of repair work.

Owner Christine (an old couple running the business) was rude, both impatient on the phone before our arrival (due to she called us when we were driving in a bad signal area and therefore missed her call. when I called her back to find out what the missed call was about, it was quite difficult to get her off the 'why I didn't answer her call' topic, as if we purposefully missed her call or there was something we could have done about it.), as well as in person each time we approached her with inquiries. 2. For the price we paid for this accommodation, the owner was very stingy on all the amenities. This is the first place that we have ever stayed in our holidays that doesn't provide a tissue box, self-serviced apartments or hotels included. We have young children who need tissues to wipe themselves, it was a great inconvenience and a big surprise to our family to stay at a 'resort' without a tissue box. The owner gave an obvious excuse as why they 'cannot' provide a tissue box - covid! Perhaps she doesn't know that covid pandemic is over for a few years now, and if they have to throw out a whole box of unused tissue after each visitor, then perhaps they should also change to new sheets, new toilet rolls, kitchen supplies and the furniture after people check out lol. We were given 1 15ml bottle of shampoo between the 4 of us for 3 nights. No pen and paper or milk or extra towels for beach provided. 3. air condition remote is broken, only allows you to turn it on/off, cannot change temp (must be only between 23 - 25 degrees). One air condition unit in the living room, no air conditions in each of our bedrooms. Only very aged ceiling fans were available, which didn't work well on hot days. One ceiling fan's control was installed wrong too. 4. Each time flushing the toilet would trigger some kind of awful smell that fill up the apartment for long time. 5.

Pool was great. The managers were AMAZING, so nice & friendly, warm & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble & they were very kind to us & our children.

The upstairs room was extremely hot & stuffy, the aircon unit did work well to sort this but it was extremely loud when on so not an ideal set up. Otherwise it was all great.
