Property Notes

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. One child 11 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

O atendimento com acolhimento foi espetacular, acesso a lagoa de arituba, vista maravilhosa para lagoa, comida com buffet bem variados, muita variedade de frutas, sou atípica, e o resort possui acessibilidade e empatia, uma experiência fantástica para minha primeira viagem sozinha.

O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura e tem a a lagoa logo atrás e a praia na frente. Para quem viaja com crianças tem brincadeiras e apresentações a noite. O flat é grande, possui cozinha e varanda para a piscina.

Tem muitas manutenções visíveis e a limpeza na entrega do apartamento ficou a desejar.

"Estadia tranquila, confortável e num lugar lindo."

Foi a minha terceira vez no Praia Bonita, adoro o local, cama confortável a piscina é excelente, o atendimento, o café da manhã, a localização frente mar, e ainda a Lagoa de Arituba atrás do hotel, vc se diverte sem precisar ir pra longe.

O local do chuveiro do hotel é muito pequeno, meu esposo é alto e forte mal conseguia tomar banho.

Café da manhã excepcional, muita variedade. Localização ótima, bem pertinho da praia e da lagoa, além de ser uns 5min de restaurantes noturnos. Quartos limpos e muito confortáveis.

O ar condicionado de um cômodo não estava funcionado muito bem, mas mesmo assim, a estadia foi ótima.

Gostei muito do amplo espaço do bangalô, da belíssima paisgem ao redor, da excelente piscina, da ótima localização e da comodidade de contar com garagem privativa.
