Property Notes

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. One child 11 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

Gostei de tudo, estrutura simplesmente incrível. Tudo muito maravilhoso e o anfitrião muito atencioso e prestativo.

Os chuveiros são mais luxuosos do que funcionais, preferia um chuveiro tradicional. E senti falta da limpeza diaria que teria em um hotel, ate porque podiamos levar comida, mas nao tinhamos nem um pano a disposição

Café da manhã, faltaram alguns itens que sempre tem em alguns hotéis, mas é bom

Móveis antigos soltando pedaços , marcas de ferrugem no frigobar, box do banheiro muito apertado,ar condicionado barulhento e amarrado de arame impossibilitando o direcionamento do vento, cama desconfortável, esgoto estourado no estacionamento do próprio resort que foi pago além da hospedagem, comida caríssima e sem variedade pra quem não pagou por meia pensão ou pensão completa, não posso dizer que todos os quartos são assim, porém o meu foi exatamente como detalhei

Los espacios verdes son hermosos. La pileta y el jacuzzi.

El aire de una de las piezas no enfriaba bien y una de las bases del somier estaba rota. No había vajilla el resto bien

Localização, piscina ótima, mar incrível e lagoa maravilhosa. Chuveiro do quarto e pia do banheiro ótimos com água quente.

Check-in demora 1 hora na fila. Quarto estava cheio de areia e poeira no chão , temos bebe que esta engatinhando. Demorou 24 horas para realizarem a limpeza do quarto (solicitamos 2x). Só abre a porta da lagoa as 9hrs muito tarde para quem tem bebe e quer ir cedo e fecha as 17hrs muito cedo. Estacionamento 25 reais por dia (cheio de vagas e se cobra caro) Jacusy só tem frio, deveria ter água quente.
