Hotel Sputnik

For three stars hotel it`s truly excellent!Rooms are cleaned regularly, staff is friendly and attentive, portions in the restaurant are just huge! On the whole, I would say, meal is the thing I`ve loved most in this hotel! Big respect to the chief!

The apartment was fine but the restaurant was horrible. After 15 minutes the waiters could not even bring me the menu, so I just walked away. ProTip: Find some other place to eat, just dont eat here...

Внешне отель выглядит не плохо. Он отремонтирован снаружи и места общего пользования-это видно на фотото, поэтому при бронировании мы думали, что отель в хорошем состоянии. НО внутри ужас!!! Номер без кондинционера-очень душно, при открытом окне сильный шум от машин, очень пыльные оконные рамы! Плесень в ванной! Много ! Совершенно старые двери в части номерах. Из плюсов: новые полотенца, wi-fi, охраняемая парковка. В данный момент не рекомендую! Для этого состояния-очень дорого. В таком состоянии отель не стоит и половины запрашиваемой цены.Если доделают ремонт и повесят кондиционеры-возможно..,

Прибыли в город в 8.00. Ранний заезд прошел быстро и без проблем в отремонтированные номера. В гостинице было тихо и спокойно, не смотря на большое количество отдыхающих. Не много огорчили очереди в ресторане за тарелками и приборами, но вкусные каши, свежая выпечка, фрукты, салаты были залогом хорошего настроения и энергии на весь день. Гостиница располагается в 10-минутной ходьбе от метро. Но мы пользовались транспортом. Автобусы, троллейбусы не заставляли нас ждать. О своем выборе не пожалели. Соберемся на отдых в Питер - выберем опять гостиницу "Спутник".

Front desk staff was willing to help with limited English. However, room was horrible. Bare electric wire in corridor and in room; corridor carpet was old and dirty. Room door could be 30 or more years' old. No air condition. Located in no where, no other restaurant nearby.

Most rooms have not completed renovation. Bare electrical wire everywhere, in corridor, inside the room. Dark in corridor; room door appears 50 years old. There isn't any other restaurant around the hotel. Not much selection on buffet breakfast.

I spent two nights in March 2017. Staff has limited English, but they're willing to help you. It was impossible to log in the wi-fi. My room was fairly decent, they seem to be in process of renovation. A lot of youngsters, so breakfast was crowded.

I was on the 3rd floor but noisy neighbors at 2-3AM drove me to change rooms. I was put on the 6th floor the hallway of which is in horrible condition. The room itself was ok though not as nice as on the 3rd floor. The breakfast is fantastic. 2 bus stops to metro or a bit of a walk. In a residential neighbourhood without much around except the wonderful Sosnovka Park. The staff was unusually nice especially by Russian standards, they were really nice by any standard.

Very good for the price. Restaurant have many choices of different types of food. Stuff is very friendly and helpful.

Hotel ok for the cost involved, rather than good. Room very small. Main problem was no table, so had to write on top of a cupboard containing the fridge, and this was not at the right height for the only chair in the room.
