Rooms are fairly spacious but that's about it

Rude disrespectful staff, patronizing attitude and practically non existent level of customer service or awareness of its importance.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location.

It was run down and they put us in the BASEMENT... Nothing like the pictures showed. Tiny little room, bathroom door didn't even shut. (No latch) The walls were filthy. The stairwell down to the dungeon smelled like something was rotting in the walls. The door isn't sealed so you can hear everyone and everything. Absolutely disgusting... I will never go there again

There was nothing good about this hotel, except the man working the night shift.

Our room did not have a window. We had no heat in the room. We had no hot water. The staff, Jebb specifically, were incompetent and had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The owner, Charles, also had extremely poor customer service and did nothing to remedy any of our complaints about the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. DO NOT STAY HERE!! It's not worth your time or money.

I am 82 yrs old. Did not appreciate being put in basement . Having to drag a 18kg case up and down When rooms were available on reception level. No Food The worst hotel I stayed in

The staff were helpful and friendly, even when returning late at night after a wedding. We had a room with two twin beds, which was the perfect size. It was clean and cozy. Close to Halifax Commons and a short Uber ride to the downtown area (~$8).

Our tv wasn’t working when we tried it, but it wasn’t a big deal for us at the time, and didn’t call front desk to ask how to fix it. One thing to mention is that it has accessibility issues (lots of stairs), so it may be a concern for some.

No free wifi or cable was expected to use data hospitality was not good room was in a basement felt like a dungeon no dresser

It was the cheapest option with prices skyrocketing in the city

The door was not secure it is not sealed, you could hear sirens all night long from a close by station, there was blood like smears/ stains on multiple walls, the baseboards in the bathroom were filthy, you could hear every noise inside and outside the building, and I would recommend more pillows and blanket on the bed. Did not sleep due to the constant noise.
