Location meaning being close to downtown and good price the staff was nice

Even though it’s close to downtown, it’s in the heart of a bad part of town. There’s a lot of escorting some of the people that stayed there that might’ve been long-term stays were very ignorant and rude to us so we were outside. It was very dirty. I had to clean it myself.
