Great place with great staff. Right on the beach and close to some great places.

Nice Quit location with large garden and swimming pools, very Nice Breakfast Buffet.We've enjoyed staying there. Rooms are a little small if you want to stay longer.

My friend and I traveled here from Bangkok for one night to get away from the noise. The resort was peaceful and not very crowded. The staff was nice and helpful and the rooms were clean. The beach is not the nicest but it was not touristy and it felt like you had the beach to yourself. My only complaint was that the dinner service was incredibly slow. Other than that I was sad to leave.

It is a nice and quiet place with beautiful garden. Staff are very friendly and good services.

The most irritating aspect was the money gouging. Everything was overpriced & to add insult to injury when I asked for transport to town they expected me to pay 850 baht! Just to put that into perspective that was 2/3 the cost of my room! I had taken the Marriott shuttle to get there & it was 150 baht. The "friendly" receptionist said " we can put you & your luggage out on the road so you can catch a tuk tuk for 30 baht! So that's what I did. The hotel is really geared to families. Kids are running around everywhere, kicking around soccer balls at 8am...not sleeping in. I was really there for rest & peace, so not a good match. The breakfast would have been OK if everything wasn't always room temperature. I guess they put it out at 6:30 am & never refresh the ice. Rooms had dim light bulbs, so I had to request a light to be able to read. The beach area was pretty dirty. Would not go back.

Pleasant beach hotel, clean rooms, and pleasant overall experience. Having a car is an advantage in order to explore more of the area and have more then just Bandara restaurant available for you. Restaurant food and breakfast was good overall. We would stay again and recommend rooms with ocean views.

Hotel room and the view from the room was fantastic however the cleaning was somthing else the maid only changed the towels didn't clean or make up the bed which for the price I paid was very disappointing..

We really enjoy our stay here, we booked a Baan Siri Cottage but the rooms are full so they upgraded us to Honeymoon Suite. The resort is located right on the beach in a very peaceful location. This hotel is between the Marriott & Novotel and have a couple of nice restaurants just few minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast is really good, they have big selection of western and asian food. Unfortunately, they have to improve the food at dinner time. Anyways, you have options of going to the restaurants next door or the neighbor hotels. We went to a restaurant called Ken's Kitchen who do nice food and really good cocktails. The BBQ buffet at the hotel on Saturday night was excellent, 699 Baht per person and you get cocktail "Bandara Delight" with it as well. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The shops like Seven Eleven is quite far from the hotel, you can get a public transport or a car to get there. It will be excellent if the hotel can provide a shuttle service for the guests if they need to go to town or somewhere nearby. Overall, I am very happy with the hotel service and facilities and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

its a decent hotel, clean, comfortable rooms. Nice beach (not sure if its private, but it is kept clean contrary to other parts of the shore). If you are NOT with children i suggest NOT choosing the bungalows. The breakfast is very basic, do not expect anything special, but it is edible.

We went for few days, the place is nice but as it was low season no too much to do, avoid to go May. Rooms cleaned, but the resort a bit dirty . we saw many days the same bottles on the floor , glasses on the tables. Staff with poor English and wasn't helpful
