3 day getaway from Bangkok. Awesome spot on the beach. Great deal for the price. 2 pools, great breakfast included. Yum! The restaurant food was door with resort prices. Several other places to choose from along the beach. Also day trips by boat to Ko Samet. Massages on the beach just down to the right a bit. You need your own transportation. Not a must but much more convenient.

Hotel was right on beach with two big pools and small jacuzzi. Really enjoyed our stay staff were really friendly and helpful. Overall was good experience. The hotel taxi is expensive so if you're traveling far use a local taxi. Breakfast was decent and the room service and restaurant serve good food at a reasonable price.

This is my second time to stay at this hotel, still be happy and relax. Good location and got warm welcome from staff.

The hotel was very well appointed, with well-kept gardens. There were 2 pools, both a good size. The rooms were very clean with excellent beds and bathrooms. It had a prominent position on the long beach, which was only let down by the amount of rubbish that was left after every high tide. They did try to clean it up outside the hotel every day. There were a couple of beach bars/food about 100 yards either side, but not much else.

Great staff and friendly service

Following the advice of other reviews we asked for Room 641 (one of their most expensive rooms) which had a beautiful sea view. We paid a high price which should have ensured a premier hotel experience. Unfortunately we encountered a series of problems. Firstly the safe in the room did not work. After an hour of sharing our room with two maintenance staff who were seeking to repair the safe they decided to replace the safe. Secondly, the water did not flow away through the drain in the shower room, so much so that if you took a long shower there was a risk of flooding the room - no long showers were taken. This improved after being drawn to the hotel's attention. Thirdly, on our second night at about 10.00 pm there was a violent electrical storm resulting in the loss of electrical power which included the telephone, air conditioning, and television. No one checked on our situation when the storm had passed - being unable to phone to highlight our situation we waited until the morning to tell the reception about the loss of power - this was attended to - but the telephone still was not working at the end of our stay two days later and some television channels were also unavailable for 36 hours after the storm. We were told that staff were working to put these things right. Fourthly, no information on local taxis / tuc tucs was made available despite requests - in fact the feeling was that staff were being advised to ensure visitors used the very expensive hotel transport.

Took a chance and found staff welcoming. Ate dinner there both nights as standard good. Two pools and right on the beach. Sensibl y priced happy hour cocktails. All in all very happy and would stay again

Very nice place

We have stayed here 4 times this year. Very nice small resort although some rooms starting to look tired. Could use a freshen up.

This hotel is quite good for service. The nice place when you booked the family suit. You can get the personnel swimming pool in the front of your room. The ABF is quite good but less type of food.
