Was a bit run down.

Pool, fridge, bbq. Close to beach

No hot tub

The restaurant was closed

The location close to the lake and bike trails worked very well for us

People across the street were a little noisy later in the evening

There a few things like dripping taps no garbage bags smoke towels relatively clean just needs some updates

The condo style accommodations.

The price is very high for the level of service. The pool deck was dirty and had ladders laying around. The hot tub was out of service and while we were in the pool a repair man was gluing plastic pipe together with glue that had some serious fumes so we left. That was on a Friday at 5 pm , peak time for swimming. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment style accommodation and the air conditioning didn't work. When we checked in it was 31 degrees in the suite . Called about the air conditioning multiple times, each day I called. On the last evening the repair staff did fix it so it went down to 26 over night. I will not stay here ever again.

Breakfast was ok but way too expensive.

Restraunt was pretty bad. Expensive prices like it's upper end, but food was bad. Microwaved frozen flavorless dishes. Small portions. Menu had fettuccine alfredo for 20 bucks, (pasta and sauce only) then to add chicken or shrimp was 5.95 extra....Likely microwaved frozen freezer burnt. The restaurant was disappointing. A tourist trap as there is no other real restaurant to eat at in Elkwater.

Comfy bed

Not much available around as restaurant, gas station all seem to keep minimal hours. I left the hotel at 7:30am and no key drop off etc so went back to room to drop . All in all a nice hotel though and I’d stay there again.
