Room was very clean and cozy and the bed was super comfortable. The area itself is beautiful, it was a very enjoyable stay!

Very clean and quiet property. We will definitely go back.

King studio was great. Bed was really comfortable too

Toilet doesnt flush

I always wanted to stay here, and I finally got to knock that item off my bucket list. It was everything I hoped. I'll share a story from my stay. I pulled up and was greeted by the sweetest golden retriever. I gave him some attention, and he lapped it up. He must have decided we were friends because he followed me into the lobby to check in. I just assumed he must belong to the family that runs the resort and thought nothing of it. Really one of the sweetest dogs. There was no one around, but my keys and everything were ready for me. (Late check-in. It was so nice just to be able to go straight to my room after driving in less-than-ideal weather all day.) I teased the dog that my room must have come with a friend. He seemed to agree. The dog followed me back out of the lobby to where a truck had pulled up. A guy & 2 boys got out. Turns out they live in town and the dog had gotten out of the yard. They were quite thankful and very relieved to find their furry loved one. Best part? The roads down from the highway were really yucky, so I asked the dog's owner if he knew about what time the snow plow goes through. "Did you know my dad works for Volker Stevin?" The boy asked. I had no idea. I was sort of shocked for a minute. So of course, he knew exactly when the plow would go through. That really made my night 😂😍 It's always beautiful here, but there's something special about this place in the winter. Everyone is so friendly and kind.

This is a very sad, dated place, worn carpets and furnishings. No utensils provided apart from a couple of cups. They had a fridges and microwave but no knives forks or spoons. Check in was not very friendly, given the place was virtually empty.

The snow drifts were about 3 feet high blocking the access to our jacuzzi room that cost over $300. There were no wine glasses or a functioning corkscrew. The room had a kitchenette but most of the drawers and cupboards were empty, so bringing our own food was pointless. The attached restaurant had limited hours for a Saturday night so we felt rushed. The food tasted good, sadly some of it was served cold. The dining service was slow and very poor. The wine was stale, you could taste that the bottle had been open for quite some time. We did not even have our dirty plated removed even after putting them on another table. The restaurant was not busy, only 3 table occupied so that was not the reason for the poor service. The prices are high enough you would expect much more for such a beautiful place.

Room was clean and very nice other then the couch was very bad! had to move it back and slid the chairs over to sit want watch tv. Very nice place and would go back. But hope they undate the couch.

The property is showing its age and could use some updates. The room I was in had a rancid smell that I couldn’t get out without leaving the window open (problematic in December).
