Beautiful setting. Luxurious inside and out.

Fridge was not working after we checked in and spoiled any food we had in it.

Location

Suite advertised as kitchenette. Not one dish or utensil provided. Just a sink, bar fridge, microwave and coffee pot with coffee. Pool and hot tub area looked dirty. Lots of tiles around pool deck missing and liner in pool needs to be replaced. Hot tub needs to be emptied and bleached. Very discolored. Woman's washroom looked dirty.

In the room we booked, the toilet stopped flushing. It was not clogged, and the staff suggested taking the toilet paper out. They then moved us to the room next to it, which was filthy, as if they were doing renovations and did not clean it.

The loft apartment is very cute and modern. Had everything we needed for cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. Room was clean and the beds were comfy.

Dishwasher didn’t work properly. Pool area is dated and needs work. The hot tub was draining and spraying water everywhere the second night. Shortage of pool towels on the second night.

We stayed Friday & Saturday in a fireplace room getting away after a lose of a Parent. The room set up is a bit different but works actually really well. We didn't swim or eat in the restraunt as we were looking for more of a secluded weekend. Our room was tidy but the tub wasn't very clean because the doesn't drain so there was a lot of hair and things in the bottom, which we know was due to the lack of drainage & drying after cleaning. Sunday morning before check out time, they were knocking on doors which I found of & have never had happen before. We don't live that far and though we thought the weekend was okay, we'd likely opt to not stay a full weekend again, maybe just a night before/after skiing if the weather's bad.

The wifi wasn’t working, the hot tub is out of commission-which was not disclosed prior to me going down to use it and found it taped off, there was no gluten free options, even though it said on the menu there would be…it was just awful that I ended up checking out four hrs later & driving three hours home. This has not been my experience previously. They are usually a lovely place to stay-not sure what was going on this time that all the places stopped carrying GF options-other than a salad & not letting you know about the hot tub

We did not eat breakfast we brought our own food. We liked the distance from the condo to the skihill!

The last condo we stayed in at Elk Water was cozier. Our room had an actual door we could shut. Did not care for the jet tub being right out in the open. Thought we had an over last time too. It was a very small kitchen table to sit at. Would have been nice to have a tv in the bedroom too.

The room was large enough to accommodate the four of us and the property was well located within the park.

We were expecting to have the room done daily with fresh towels given amount we paid for the room. We received fresh towels on our third and last night. Arrived at the resort and they did not have our reservation.
