Zentrale Lage, durchweg super freundliches Personal, sehr sauber, ruhiges Zimmer, auf der obersten Etage schöner Saunabereich mit Blick über die Stadt. Im angeschlossenen Restaurant leckeres Essen, aufmerksamer Service.

We booked the Saks hotel months in advance to ensure we had accommodation to attend a very important family gathering. On arrival it was "ok" the hotel ozes being very dated, dark brown carpet and walls, do it no favours what so ever. We booked a room on the 5th floor, VERY basic for the money, no fridge in the room and no water; we had to keep asking for some and were told take a bottle to the ground floor and fill it up. The room itself was comfortable, bath and shower also good. Breakfast, we paid for as extra, no problem to us BUT please be aware you get charged "TWICE" once for food and once for drinks. I asked why isn't coffee, orange juice part of breakfast, we were told it was not part of breakfast is it isn't food !!! Parking is underground, under the hotel, also charged extra, which was OK. There was only one member of staff who we found very helpful and exceptionally polite the others not sol much. Breakfast we were hurried to leave, only ones in there, they wanted to clear up you see ! In short the hotel is VERY basic far from what they state they are and is not worthy of what they charge. Others people in our party stayed up the road at the Hampton by Hilton, a lovely clean and bright and very welcoming hotel. We choose to stay there, from the website, BUT in short, I'd honestly say dont stay there; go up the road, I don't think you will be disappointed.
