I stayed there for four nights. If you’re looking for a cozy and quiet place to relax near the central station, it’s a great spot. Gerald is always cheerful and humorous. However, if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable place, I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it. The stairs are narrow and steep, with no assistance for carrying luggage. The room was relatively dirty, with cobwebs. In the end, I don’t know if the person on Booking who called the breakfast ‘fabulous’ has never had breakfast before or simply doesn’t know the meaning of ‘fabulous.’ Still, since I was alone, I enjoyed my time. Thanks, Gerald!

Location okay but outdated B&B. Not my cup of tea.

This is my 2nd visit. <parking info> There is parking 3 minutes walk away. There are different ways to pay for your parking. Directly at the full price parking terminal. By the application https://flowbird.ca with normally a good discount if you park for several days. These parking lots allow you to enter and exit at any time for the same price. I paid about 52 dollars for 5 days parking through app.: Convenient as well! But, the best thing is to go to L'Intendant as soon as you arrive in Quebec. There is a landing stage for your car in frtwoont of L’Intendant. You can then check in or drop off your luggage if you are very early. * Two bed room suit has a hair dryer and more spacious. Internet TV is also good.

The location was excellent for exploring the area. Breakfast was delicious every day and real maple syrup and homemade jam were appreciated! Gerald offered assistance when needed and his dry sense of humour amusing) There was no kettle in the room if you wish to make coffee or tea. We would recommend this establishment and would stay here again.

Nothing! Just the Location

Every single thing was on nerve! The manager mocked my mother like it is his position to give comments about her behavior toward us! He called my mother who even did not talk to him once the Queen! With the mocking laugh and himself a slave in front of us when he was serving a meal! He was really noisy and rude! Also because of the rate that we have found in booking.com he was mad at us!!! We asked if there is any cheese for breakfast and he answered: look at the rate and price you paid! You want cheese? Go to the supermarket!!! The kitchen and restaurant was awfully messy and dirty! It was more like a storage in Garage than bed and breakfast lounge!!! The corridor was smelly as well! The bed was horribly higher than standard! I mean too high! If you fall during sleep you can get injured It was the most horrible experience that I ever had
