I live in the USA and my family lives in the middle east. I booked this room for them and the staff treated them with repect, comfort, and very special. They were very happy and felt on top of the world. They described the hotel as luxerious and hospitable. It was a friendly environment and they wished they can stay longer. Because of that I booked them there a second time.

Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast is great, good location, clean hotel and excellent service. One little surprise that VAT (tax) was not mentioned in Hotels.com website when reservation was made and hotel staff tried to charge me for it, after I showed them my reservation print out and that there is no mention of VATon Hotels.com, they agreed to ignore it. Other than that everything was great.

Wi-Fi is a real problem, i couldn't connect properly and the stuff didnt reallt try to fix the problem. The cabs organised bt the stuff was expensive we learned that too late unfortunately. Breakfast wasnt bad. The location is very good.Cleaning was very good. Although it'not an important matter to me normally its hard to sleep there because of the noise

The hotel is really central. Close to ABU, rouche and really great coffe shops and restaurants. The staff is helpful and I got a great room. Fully satisfied with my stay.

I was given the impression that I will be staying in a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a living room but the fact is the place is so small and tiny and looked like one room just about enough for 0ne person made to look like 2 bedroom apartment for 4 persons.

The front desk couldn't suggest any good restaurant. The electricity was on and off for an entire night. Washroom was not clean.
