Friendly staff good location The only thing that i could say is the hotels overall condidtion i could give it a three star the rate is a bit high

Good location, within walkingdistance of both Raouché and Verdun, located just a block away from Hamra street. Breakfast included in the price, which was nice, especially on the friday which is the beginning of the lebanese weekend. Staff at front dest needs to improve, no one greeted us even one time during our 5 days, and when I asked for advice they sort of looked strange at me and could not answer, like if I had asked for something strange when all I wanted was to know where the nearest supermarket could be found. Rooms are overall good and clean, could maybe be improved a little, it is not a 4-star compared to American standard, but could maybe be 3-4 stars in some European locations. Water in the shower is very salty, but as I have understood it that is a fact in all places around Beirut. What was really nice was the collection of complimentary toileteries. Think I would stay again at the right price and could recommend it to others who want to stay in Hamra-area of Beirut.

The hotel is well situated just off Hamra Street and near excellent cafés and restaurants. We were "up-graded" from a standard double to a junior suite with kitchenette and balcony. Although there was a fridge, cooking hob, dishwasher, etc. there was no supply of crockery/cutlery. When requested, plates and cups were supplied. It was not really necessary as a very substantial breakfast was included. Good value and to be recommended to travellers.

A Luxurious 5 Stars Hotel, Check in was Fast, friendly Staff, Lovely quiet atmosphere, in Hamra Popular District near everywhere, ordered Room Service from the Ground Restaurant, Free Breakfast great Value on the Money, we'll reserve again at Lavender Home.
