Easy to get from #17 highway. Rooms were very clean.

Gentleman at front desk was polite and friendly. Helped with things to do in Sudbury, restaurants, maps. Coupon for 15% off restaurant next to room. Overall it was above my expectations for the price of the room. On a very busy road. Could get noisy at times. Still had a good experience.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Parking was handy (right at the door). Will stay here again when in Sudbury.

Clean and affordable. A good place to spend the night

Basic old-style motel, family-run. Rooms are clean and in good repair, but a bit dated. AC worked well, and the beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi is spotty in some parts of the complex, but they gave me an ethernet cable to use because of it. Owners were polite. Not a mint-on-your-pillow kind of establishment, but perfectly adequate for spending the night, especially if you will be spending your days sightseeing. If your expectation is to spend the days lounging by poolside, it won't be for you, but for others, it's fine.

I did not stay at this hotel, due to the condition of the building. There was a Econolodge next door, that I stayed at instead. When I tried to cancel, I was told they could not cancel, I would have to do it through Expedia!?!? So I'll end up paying for a room in a sketchy hotel that I didn't even set foot in.

Only complaint is the driveway parking, bathroom fans loud otherwise was happy with stay

Best parts: spacious room, big fridge, comfortable beds, efficient AC and good bathroom. Well positioned and very friendly and welcoming owner. A bit old-fashioned and jaded. In a good position when passing through Sudbury. A bit on the expensive side for what you get.

This is a great affordable and very very clean Hotel. I can't say enough about the owners and the cleaning staff. They always accommodate you whichever way they can to meet your needs. You have a choice of a smoking room or non-smoking room with a flat screen TV a fridge internet. The beds are comfortable with very warm comforters. I can't say enough about the comfortable atmosphere. Great job Minal!! ☺ we look forward to our next visit to Sudbury.
