Imperial Fireside Inn

My stay was fantastic, the rooms are cleaned often and the place was recently renovated and includes amenities such as parking spaces, air conditioners, heating, wifi, tv, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryers, bath supplies and towels. The price was economical, when compared with other local stays. I believe, this place is suitable for family, friends, couples, and working professionals who are visiting Sudbury and it’s accessible through buses. The staffs and the owners are very friendly and provided the required help and assistance during my stay.

Under construction and bedding was mouldy. Location was not bad.

I ordered online through hotels.com and requested a non-smoking room with two double beds. When I arrived they had over booked and weren’t able to provide me with what I had wanted. Instead I got stuck in a smoking room and it smelt SO bad! Only paid $75 for it but would be so much better to spend the extra money for a decent place.

Great value for the price. Very clean. Roomy. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice to have a bar fridge and microwave. Tight parking. Overall great for what I needed, a room to sleep.

Arrived late. Room was warm. A bit to close to main road. Traffic noise. Room was clean and nice

The room was very clean and the room rate was very reasonable. Quiet location.

The room was TINY, the sheets were dirty, stained, and appeared NOT TO BE WASHED since the last guest used them. The carpet was FULL of burn holes, and the toilet leaked bad enough to leave a puddle on the bathroom floor. I was also very disappointed that I was FORCED to produce a $100.00 deposit because I used my debit card instead of a credit card. The FACT IS that the dirty sheets, blanket, and pillow cases weren't even worth half that amount had I actually damaged them. I will NEVER stay there again and o would NOT recommend this estaboshment to ANYONE, unless they needed a room for a couple of hours to do the things you do when you in fact you rent a room for just a few hours. Even then you should think twice, just because of the lack of SANITARY cleanliness!

When I checked in for the weekend I told them that I wouldn’t need towels changed and not to disturb me in the morning, first thing in the morning they were knocking at my door to see if I needed towels, then an hour later asked me to move my car as where the night before they told me to park there, apparently they wanted my money and didn’t listen to my request

Hotel is run down....needs massive renos. Traffic is very loud on Lorne street. Bathrooms are not vented and cause the entire room to sweat which is apparent from orange runs on walls. Also mould in bathroom because of lack of ventilation. Room smelled of mildew.
