I spent few nights here during my last business visit to the Sudbury. Highly recommend, price was reasonable, clean rooms, convenient location, and very helpful staff including the manager. I would stay here again. Location was perfect for our needs and easy access.

I stayed at this small and very clean property. I have enjoyed the time I stayed here, very clean, comfy beds, good people. Definitely want to go back and stay this motel, if I have to go back to Sudbury and recommend to others for sure.

Clean beautiful rooms. Kind and helpful staff and management. Best price and value in town. Deep tub. Excellent mattress. Soft pillows. Coffee maker, fridge, microwave. Cara's Famous Deli one block away.
