Superb location wonderful views

Some maintenance is needed

The location was amazing. We were right inside the park and the villa was surrounded by nature. The rooms were comfortable and great for sleeping!

Check in was flawless. It was quick despite weekend. Mine was Garden Lodge hence it was quite nearby to the reception. View was magnificent. Could see the Mt Kinabalu from our door step. Rooms were very clean, comfy beds, toiletries was good, towel was on heated bar, shower was good with hot water and staff made us a fireplace at 8pm. Lovely garden around the lodge. Tea stuff was there, drinkable water was provided, electric kettle was given and pretty much everything was lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Sunrise is at 6am so do not miss it!

Be very careful in choosing the lodges as some may have many steps to climb. May not be suitable for elderly. This place is actually meant for mount climbers but we wanted to have a good view hence took it up. One way lanes may be a little struggle.

入住園內的這間酒店, 也要付進園費用每人馬幤50元, 餐廳的營業時間沒有清楚寫明4點至6點不開. 睡床是在樓上, 要走樓梯.

Great location right in the heart of the park, which makes it perfect to start hiking trails straight away. The view of the mountain is beautiful and adds to the overall experience. We stayed at Villa Nepenthes, which was very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi connection was very good.

The price is quite high for what is offered. The villa we stayed in is the lower part of a larger unit, so if there are guests upstairs, you can unfortunately hear them quite clearly. Additionally, since there is a fireplace, the smell of smoke can linger inside the villa, which might be a bit disturbing for some guests.

Amazing place to stay and room was perfect, clean, great view and comfortable.

We did not understand the transport around the complex, there appeared to be a lot of mini vans , we did not know if that was included in the booking , a clearer explanation would have been good

Location ws nice. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Bed mattress sinking in abit. Need to take filrered water frm outside which was abit difficult if raining. Breakfast sausages and ham are in the water. Why? Pls dont soak the sausages.

Fabulous location set within the beautiful national park with easy access to the trails and the restaurant.Having seen some of the alternatives in Kundasang I would definitely recommend staying within the park if you can. The room at Hill Lodge was quiet and peaceful. It had a nice balcony at the back facing into the forest. The room was spacious, had a fridge, a kettle and basic storage space. The food in the restaurant is ok but nothing special. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

No safe in the room so you're left carrying all your valuables on the trails. One of the twin beds was really uncomfortable and made loud creaking noises every time you moved in it..it really needed replacing. The outside lights shone directly into the room . The bathroom really needs updating. Really poor shower.
