建物古い、コスパ悪い、ペンキの匂い残ってるし。きっとお天気雨で体調悪かったせいもあるかも。暖房機は古い使用法がわからないもので、使えなくて寒かった。登山客以外にはなにのいいことない

Well appointed room with super comfy bed! a Great to be inside the national park and our room was very handy to the excellent restaurant building. Fabulous breakfasts included, and great dinner options.

The room would benefit from a fan for ventilation. Bathroom was functional but is ready for update. Bar choices ( ie available drinks) were a bit limited but this is understandable given the location.

Mount KK view (if not covered by fog) right outside my balcony. The fireplace in the unit was a nice surprise. Breakfast was OK. Staff was friendly.

The lodge is slightly dated including the amenities eg some corners has mold, fridge and kettle looks old. Checking in was a bit difficult for first timer, wasn't clear where to go to check-in.

The location is beautiful, our view was into the rainforest. The accommodation was clean, breakfast was a delicious buffet breakfast, local and western cuisine. The staff were helpful and professional. Would certainly stay there again.

We were a family of 4, two elderly. We booked two rooms but there were steep and rickety stairs going down to the Nepenthes suite - not so suitable for seniors especially when raining heavily. There was also no flue in the chimney so the smoke billowed inwards.
