The staff are friendly and helpful.

The Nepenthes villa 1 needs to improve and repair the roof due to leakage on the hall area. TV remote not working. There is no plate provided even though it is provided with a microwave. The kitchen sink should have hot water and a heater. The fireplace is beautiful but not so practical. Because of the fire, the whole house was full of smoke.

"Good and can be improved"

We loved the views of Mount Kinabalu, and loved the breakfast spread. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The road leading up to our hill villas was dark and full of potholes which makes it unbearable to drive to and from the villa. The reception place needs to change their signage as it was too faded and small, and we actually missed it and drove straight to the villa without checking. Which made us have to drive out again to find the reception place. The toilet is not completely clean and has a smell, especially the toilet bowl. The floors were slimy and slippery to walk on especially when it's wet. Could be great if there were more wall sockets near to the bed for easier charging of devices. And the TV needs to subscribe to more channels. Would be great if there was an iron and ironing board included inside the room.

Designed of the house and the surroundings of the property.

Kitchen area should renovate a bit and the staircase outside need to change it. High risk of falling down.

The environment was good, the weather was so cold until no aircond needed, a peaceful place to stay overnight.

Poor sound insulation, literally can listen what other people doing upstairs, somehow got people singing early morning.

"A bit pricey to stay but it is worth."

The building , the staff , the restaurant ,the service.

I stayed in hill lodge 5 , everything was ok EXCEPT no hot water in the wash basin which is very essential in the cold environment, would have given it 5 stars rating if not for this flaw. and also the pothole on the road.
