Hampton Inn Ft Wayne

Room was not ready when i arrived for check in. They upgraded me to a suite so i could have a room ready right away. Danyel went out of her way to get my room prepped early. Room was exceptionally clean. Very pleased with room amenities, and breakfast options. Top choice for stays in the area. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere with the most friendly staff. Five star experience with great price per night.

We had the best time. The location is centralized around everything we needed to do and close to stores and plenty of restaurants. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The manager mustafa asked if we needed anything and how our stay was every time he saw us in the lobby. He interacted with the kids- made sure we were aware of all the amenities- such as the pool and hot tub. Danyel was working at the front desk and she answered all our questions and was very helpful. Anything we asked for she made she we had plenty. She was very kind and patient with our kids. The free breakfast was yummy. It was a hot breakfast and it varies on flavors but has waffles with a topping bar. I tried vanilla, red velvet and cinnamon. They have potatoes, eggs / omelets/ breakfast meat. Toast, bagels, oatmeal, fruit and yogurt. There is always coffee out and offer complementary grab and go options and water bottles. The breakfast area has a hostess named Michelle and she’s so kind. Our kids wanted chocolate milk and she suggested mixing the milk from the cereal station with chocolate from the waffle station and even tracked down a straw for my daughter who can’t drink out of a cup yet. She wasn’t asked any of this she was just being kind and observant and helpful. She also was very kind and patient with our young kids. The place was very clean and quiet. You got a hello and how ya doing from everyone there. We will definitely be back. The pool was about 70 degrees thy said you cold feel the hot water coming through the jets periodically. Then hot tub was nice. Would recommend to anyone.

Dirty room, took water a long time to get warm for shower, fan didn't work in bathroom, numerous stains on carpet, sheets didn't fit on the bed.

Very nice hotel with great pool, hot tub and waffle bar for breakfast. Nicholas was awesome and kept the pool open late for our volleyball team as they played late in their tournament! Highly recommend!

We travel here for business and have been coming here for 10 years. We choose the Hampton Inn over the Hilton every time due to the wonderful staff. We truly enjoy them . Always clean. I recently saw a review of someone posting that the hotel was not clean and they weren’t treated correctly. I have a hard time believing that so I wanted to post a review so that people that have not been here new this is a great place to Richardson Med Equip

Five-star service from start to finish. After arriving burned out from business travel and dealing with booking errors on my part, the General Manager ensured I was accommodated comfortably and at a great rate. The standout of my stay, however, was Danyel Walker. After inadvertently leaving a personal item behind, Danyel attempted to contact me multiple times before I left the area. Danyel went above and beyond to assist me once I realized my mistake. She was professional, reassuring, and arranged for my property to be overnighted, arriving at my home within 24 hours. Danyel’s commitment to 'above par' service is a credit to this property, she keeps her word, and delivers world-class customer service. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the FT Wayne area.
