Family love the room. The suite was very spacious and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating.

shower head kept falling off so that could be fixed also when I looked out the window there is a wall so I couldn't see anything out in the parking lot or anything to the structure of the front of the building I was right above the front doors so that room should definitely continue to be a discounted room although it's a handicap room and I'm sure handicapped person would appreciate being able to see out their window see what's going on see the weather might as well have been no window

I was falling asleep when the front desk knocked on our door stating a noise complaint was received for heavy walking and loud TV. Our TV was off and my husband was in the shower. She apologized acknowledging there was no sound coming from the room when I opened the door. Possibly, they meant another room. It is not the hotel's fault. The rooms are not soundproof. I could hear others , but not more than typical hotels. I was annoyed as I was tired and sleep does not come easily. Nevertheless, all staff were pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and well maintained. The lobby was being renovated. In the end , I recommend the hotel.

The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, even amidst ongoing renovations. Our room was quite spacious, and I particularly appreciated the use of refillable bottles for toiletries, which not only smelled wonderful but also offered a more sustainable approach.

We booked a king room with a whirlpool tub, the room was nice, but the tub was a major bust as it took 25-30 minutes to fill the tub and the water temperature ended up lukewarm. I also wish the dining area had more space, the hotel was booked up and there wasn't room for very many to sit down and eat. I'm sure this last one is a 1 in a million, but we got locked out of our room because the battery in the door mechanism died and had to wait almost an hour for it to be fixed.

Very friendly staff, great location for our needs. Breakfast was decent despite the hotel being under construction. Rooms seemed pretty clean and it was nice they offered extra toiletries if you forgot anything.

Pool and hot tub were very crowded, adults drinking in the hot tub. Kids had pool floating and pool noodles which states no pool toys allowed on the sign. Pool was a little chilly. Nights were kinda loud after 10pm.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean

There was people being very loud and disrupted until about 1:30am when we had a dance competition to be at by 6am. We called down and told the front desk which created more issues with the people

Didn’t eat

I feel like the place was let go. I stayed in the room that was wheel chair accessible and I don’t know if any other room is like this but the box spring was totally visible. It didn’t even have a cover on it. No pictures on the walls. It just wasn’t homey. They would let us check in and til 3:15 and then magically all the rooms wher available. There was a line to check in.

It was convenient and well kept. The room was spacious

They were renovating so we had to walk outside in the cold to get to the pool
