Super friendly staff named Mel.

The remodeling cargo containers all over the parking lot, the pool door from the inside was broken and the door to the room was out of alignment so it had to be lifted to shut the door properly.

Convenient, comfortable, clean, decent price, friendly staff. I thought the bed was very comfortable!!!!

It seemed as though the breakfast staff was short-staffed? There were several items missing at breakfast (hard boiled eggs and a few other items were gone), but it wasn't late in the morning. Had to wait for more coffee to be brewed. Eggs were cold. Food smashed on the floor. The staff who were present were certainly busy, there just didn't seem to be enough of them.

It would have been nice if the Peleton cycle was working

Room was clean and staff were very helpful

Phone didn't work in room, TV kept glitching out when trying to watch football game, no way to connect phone to TV to watch something that didn't glitch and picture go out,couldn't control temperature in room very well had to keep raising number to get heat on had to raise heat to 80 to even get it comfortable ice machine didn't work on our floor, door was unaccessible to the pool room
