Need more for kids like pancakes to eat breakfast i didn't like the beds very uncomfortable the pillows was not bed pillows and the beds need more padding on top of the mattress and the hot water took a long time to get warm not hot didn't like the shower but the hotel manger did have someone to fix it but the water didn't get hot enough to take a shower it did warm up it took a long time the water had to run about 15 minutes

You can replace all the beds and placement padding on them and bed pillows

We’ve stayed here more times than I can count multiple times a year and we have NEVER been disappointed. It’s always clean. Staff is always kind. Beds are comfortable. Hotel is close to everything. The pool stays open until 1am and we LOVE that because there is no rushing back to the hotel to enjoy the pool.

The pool was nice and the room was clean and stocked daily with fresh towels and toiletries. Breakfast was served daily as well

Property was dated and needed fresh paint and mold removed from shower liner and exhaust fan. They could use new beds and pillows too

The tv and bathroom was dated. The breakfast could have had more choices.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Hotel is always clean. Variety of amenities. Breakfast served in the lobby was excellent.

A few bathroom fixtures need upgrading however they work fine.

The pool was very warm, central located right on the main strip in pigeon forge. Staff was friendly enough what little interaction we had with them

Basically everything eles.. we had to hook the chain up on the toilet so it would flush, microwave only worked if you pushed dinner plate.. literally nothing worked. Was promised a nice view instead right out the patio door was a giant tree and air conditioner units.. the breakfast was supposed to be catered by a nearby restaurant and it was busted didnt look good, didnt smell good.. even the donuts we didnt eat.. oh and there was a 🪳 cockroach in the bathroom! Definitely worst hotel experience we've had in a very long time

Breakfast was good, pool was warm, staff was friendly, I've stayed in a lot of hotels in the area and always kick myself in the butt when I stay anywhere but here

The value the location the pool is the best it's really a great place to stay we have stayed here several times and enjoyed each stay and are already planning staying here on our next visit
