Beautiful boutique hotel, staff were very accommodating and friendly, nice bar/restaurant area and breakfast delicious

Mattress not very comfortable, too soft for us - we had an issue the first night with noise from staff at 1.30am sorting out a room adjacent to ours and had to complain, however manager very apologetic and it didn't happen again - could have also benefitted from a larger outside area, however this didn't spoil our stay

Die Lage in der Altstadt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war so zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Gebäude, ein alter Palast, ist so traumhaft schön.

Das Badezimmer. Es ist nicht getrennt vom Schlafzimmer und auch das WC ist nur mit einer halbhohen Glastür verschlossen. Die Ausstattung ist toll, aber man hat keinerlei Privatsphäre. Da die Duschwanne nur mit einer kleinen Glaswand abgetrennt ist, war es beim Duschen sehr kalt. Wir waren aber auch im April da. Vielleicht ist es im Sommer angenehmer. Aber auch das würde uns nicht hindern wieder zu kommen.

Simply incredible, one of the best experiences with hotels in our life. The right balance between care and over-abusive attention & servility. The astonishing aesthetics: elegant, historical, modern & convenient. The evening tea menu! Oh my god, such a tiny thing, such a lovely touch. The breakfast buffet was perfect. The room was very-very lovely, with multiple light scenarios, convenient bathroom with both a bath and a shower. Great stay, great memories.

Nothing really to complain about. A few small things in the room like not-so-tightly fixed reading light, or a lack of non-transparent door in the toilet/bide area.. but come on, it's so minor.

Super schönes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück und extrem nettem Personal.

Der SPA ist leider unattraktiv und die Sauna viel zu klein.
