Room had no natural light, internal courtyard had no roof and the stairs were dangerously wet when it rained

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The incredible manager, José, greeted us with such warmth and genuine kindness that we immediately felt at home. Within minutes of checking in, we were offered a complimentary breakfast, a four-hour early check-in, and even a room upgrade — all completely unexpected and incredibly generous gestures that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel itself is absolutely magnificent — the atmosphere, the energy, the design, and the overall aesthetic are simply breathtaking. Every corner of the property radiates beauty and tranquility. We also enjoyed a wonderful massage with Paula, who was truly perfect in every possible way — professional, attentive, and so talented. It was one of the best spa experiences we’ve ever had. To top it all off, the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. On my birthday, we came back to our room to find it beautifully decorated with balloons — such a thoughtful and heartwarming surprise. José deserves a very special mention — he is absolutely fantastic, thoughtful, and dedicated to creating an amazing guest experience. Every interaction with him made us feel valued and cared for. All in all, our stay was beyond perfect. We can’t thank the entire team enough for their hospitality, attention to detail, and kindness. This hotel truly exceeded every expectation — we’re already looking forward to coming back!
