beautiful hotel and common space design, amazing benefit of 1 hr private spa reservation, rooms were quiet and comfortable, helpful concierge

rooftop was small and not enjoyable, no view. maid service was too attentive, removed wine glasses that were still being used

Beautiful property in the heart of the old town Staff were absolutely fantastic!! The bed was so comfortable Private use of the spa was great Breakfast was very good

Our room was on the road so it was very noisy both at night and early in the morning - bring earplugs! Shower over the bath wasn’t a great set up

Great location- easily walkable to the sights, restaurants, etc.

Exceptional hotel! The staff was so accommodating and friendly! The room was beautiful and comfortable. The only negative was that the room was too dark.

Brighter rooms

Pros: Excellent location. Stunning property and decor! Very friendly and courteous staff (special shoutout to Camila and Juan in the front desk). Spacious bedroom: comfortable bed and pillows, incredible room fragrance/smell, his-and-her sinks in the bathroom, fantastic water pressure and temperature, great bath products, and impeccable cleanliness. Only tried the restaurant for breakfast, which was simple, yet well-curated and delicious.

Cons: No pool. Rooftop area is unappealing and very small. Couldn't figure out how to charge phones overnight while having all lights turned off in the room.
