Zimmer sind sehr alt und für ein 4* Hotel absolut unzureichend ausgestattet. Insbesondere das Bad war 40 Jahre alt Es gab auch nur 2 Steckdosen, in einer digitalen Zeit und für 4 Personen deutlich zu wenig.

Good amenities on site for activities and a large and small pool. Stunning views from most rooms, facing west so great sunsets. It's let down by the terrible food and extremely large restaurant, which when busy is very noisy. We had breakfast and evening meal there. The food is mass prepared, like in a poor work canteen, with mushy vegetables, limited choices and no catering for vegetarians. There were paper sachets of salt and pepper instead of salt and pepper mills. The rooms had a kettle (great) but with paper cups and wooden stirrers (not so great). The bathroom floor was dirty and remained so throughout our stay. No pool towels were available. Room towels were taken away but not always replaced. There was nowhere else to walk to in the evening, it seemed very isolated, so going somewhere else to eat necessitated a taxi. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for adults, or if you like to eat decent food.

Hotel with great views, large complex activities advertised however customer service will let you down here and there. We stayed all inclusive for 7 nights. Let’s start with rooms : rooms were spacious and clean, laundry changed every day however the condition of bathroom is far from a 4* hotel. Very old and just maintained but nothing from the luxury and indulgence side of things. Bed frames broken under the mattress. Kids club and kids activities not advertised enough. It’s a large resort and you have no signs or schedule of times for what the kids could do during the day. A member or 2 of staff would walk around to tell you about activities but that won’t happen every day. Food wise- great variety of cold foods, salads , fruits . Hot food a dish of each kind of meat and every day you can have a taste of fish and at least 2 options of pasta. Very disappointing on the kids side which are on fussier side. No hot pizza, traditional thin pizza, all you will get is the cold foccacia as margarita dish or with olives and herbs. It would be great if they offer the option to order pizzas if not served. Desserts were all delicious. Ice cream you would get once a day at lunch-small tubs and that’s it. During the day you would pay €2-€3 for kids ice cream. Regarding customer service not a lot of staff you come across are friendly. They seem like they don’t enjoy their jobs and are saturated of tourists and customer service. Even when serving the food they would throw your plate at you with no kindness whatsoever. Kids park very old and not maintained, some were broken or wobbly. Overall not the greatest experience due to staff and schedule not being enough organised and advertised. The break from lunch to dinner is massive with no food in between apart from some cold thick pizza and foccacia bread with crisps one hour before dinner. It’s a mix of ups and downs with this resort, it all depends what your after and what you want to do.

I went there with my wife and 2 kids last week of may in half term for 5 nights. That hotel is in a perfect location between a mountains and sea. Beautiful views ! All plants and trees around a hotel looked great and well maintained . The staff was very friendly and always helpful with a big smile. Our room was very nice and clean. Quiet and peaceful place. Nice and clean pools and plenty of entertainment for kids. Federica and Filippo who look after young kids were fantastic ! Thanks guys ! And the food was delicious ! Always fresh and well prepared. For me pasta was the best. Really amazing place and lovely staff. Great value for money ! Grazie !!!

Struttura davvero bella

The all-inclusive was a disappointment. There are no snacks at all between 2 PM and 6 PM, just drinks. From 6 PM to 7 PM, the only snack provided is a piece of dough with tomato sauce and cheese—just one single option that looks like a cheap pizza. Fruit is only available for 30 minutes (11:00–11:30 AM). If it runs out in the buffet, they don't restock it, so if you're late, you get nothing. Lunch and dinner consist of pasta with various sauces. Ice cream is only served at lunch, with only two flavors available: pistachio and a vanilla-like one
