Our stay had both very good and disappointing aspects. The location is absolutely stunning — truly beautiful views and surroundings. The food was good overall, and the rooms were always clean and comfortable. A special mention for the entertainment staff: the team doing the water Zumba and the activities on land were wonderful, friendly, energetic, and made the atmosphere much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service staff at the bars and restaurant really let the hotel down. Most of them were not friendly at all and often looked annoyed when guests asked for something. At the restaurant, a gentleman in front of me who only spoke English asked one of the ladies serving food what type of fish was being served. She only replied “fish.” When he politely asked again what kind of fish it was, the staff member started gesturing and speaking in Italian in a rude way, clearly frustrated by the question. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional to witness. The bar staff had a similar attitude — not welcoming and not approachable. Another disappointing point was that between meal times there were basically no snacks available. If you miss a meal, you have to buy food from the bar even though the hotel is all inclusive. We paid €3 for just one slice of pizza (all inclusive) Overall, the location is absolutely superb, the entertainment team was fantastic, and the rooms were clean, but the customer service from the restaurant and bar staff needs major improvement.

The location was incredible! The pools and access to the ocean were amazing!

The food was terrible.

Incredible view from our room, our kids loved the waterslides into the ocean and all the pools. Staff was very friendly and there's lots of parking.

We didn't like that our room had a kettle but we had to sit it on the floor to reach the nearest outlet. The food was not very appetizing and we spent over 100 euro for our family to eat at the buffet. The next two nights we booked restaurants in town, it was cheaper and food was MUCH better.

Rooms are good, lots to do at location but not easy to get to other places without transport. Housekeeping by Alessa and Angela was great. They work very hard and are super helpful.

Struttura anni 80 mai aggiornato La spiaggia è lontana 4,5km La distanza tra le palazzine e il centro della struttura è veramente tanto (secondo dove capiti) I teli mare sono a pagamento Colazione da hotel internazionale Capisco la struttura veramente grande e quindi la colazione si può capire Ma le camere sono veramente terribili!!!!!!
