Beautiful decor and setting with all amenities you need. In an undeveloped area , so provides quiet and no traffic noise

The restaurant has limited hours and no room service .

Warm water, no hot water plugged sink, unimpressed with tater tots on a $20 breakfast.

The check out staff were MIA I waited 15 for a staff to check out, when I checked out they made me wait another 10 minutes so the cleaning staff could inspect our room before they would refund us our security deposit. I was told it was policy, yes this was the the second stay they suddenly started doing this. We were travelling with our young son. I will never return and do business with this hotel ever again, you just lost me as a customer.

Safe and secure

This hotel is fine for a one night stopover when all you need is a bed for the night. Our room was dated but it was clean and quiet. The hotel is in need of a little TLC, for example, the ice machine wasn’t working on our floor, one lift was out of order, the hot tub (had we wanted it) was not working and the alarm setting on the clock in our room didn’t work….. Food in the restaurant was okay. Receptionist at check in was helpful, although there was no one around when we checked out, so we just had to leave our key in the box. Not sure what would have happened if we’d had a bill to pay? It was useful to take advantage of the free airport shuttle when we had dropped off our hire car and on our very early trip back to the airport the following morning.
