Hilton Garden Inn Edmonton International Airport

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our two young children. At first we noticed the queen beds seemed smaller than what we are used to, but they assured us they are their standard size. My main concern with the beds is that the wooden frame under the bed sticks out significantly farther than the mattress causing a tripping hazard and resulted in many bruised shins. Our first night, the room next to us had a group of VERY intoxicated and loud guests. Music blaring through the walls, swearing, and opening and closing of their doors/yelling in the hall for hours. I called the front desk and they knocked on the door but the group was so loud they did not hear the knocking or ignored it. Eventually after going back the staff got the attention of the other guests and told them to be quiet. 5 minutes later the disruption continued (it was 3 am). When I call d back down I was told WE could be moved to another area of the hotel if we were bothered, which I found extremely unprofessional. At this point it was 3 am and I had two small kids in the middle of the night. Our other concern was on the Friday night my children and I went to the pool and the hallway before the pool door was flooded so bad without a warning sign my 5 year old fell and severely hurt his arm. When going to the front desk to mention this they blew me off and said they would see if they could find a wet floor sign. The wet mess remained the entire night. We had anotherincident as well but I’m out of room

Very nice place

Hotel is a bit out off of the main area, exterior/grounds are not well kept, interior is getting outdated, and the one elevator is not working. However staff were friendly and service was quick, the room was clean, the room maintained a comfortable temperature and the bed well it was a hotel bed so really can't complain.

Clean and convenient

Having stayed at this hotel since it opened when traveling through the Edomonton/Leduc area, it was a favorite for years. Keeping in mind my visit in 2024, but my most recent in July of 2025, problems seem peristent. In both stays the hot water -- wasn't. Showering and shaving was at best lukewarm to cool. Essentially repairs, turning up the heat to warm the water is needed. Also of notice was the need for basic maintenance in the shower stall (what looked like mold). The price is very good for a stay. We really love the restaraunt where the food is good, reasonably priced and has pleasant staff. We must also say the same for the front desk staff - courteous, helpful and polite. We also appreciate the morning coffee available when checking out. The location of this hotel is attractive as well, where it is quiet and away from main traffic routes. We hope things improve with a basic like water.

Tub did not drain. No hot water. Dirty rugs

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything was as expected.

Breakfast was bad. Rooms were not made up for second day stay. Hotel wasn't that clean..
