Hotel Riu Plaza Guadalajara

Our room was an executive king room, which was spacious and impeccably clean on the 37th floor. We also enjoyed the magnificent views of the city of Guadalajara from the rooftop bar while savoring our delicious cocktails, drinks and food (tortas ahogadas were delicilous and spicy!! Hmmmmm). The hotel's location was also incredibly convenient for our family & other activities. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Next time we visit Guadalajara we definitively will stay at this hote!

his is the best hotel I have stayed in so far. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, and the staff was always helpful and respectful to everyone. But the absolute best part for me was the incredible breakfast buffet. I would return to this hotel just to experience that again. The buffet featured at least six different stations, including a live chef preparing eggs made to order. The immense selection included a broad range of breads, sweet pastries, deli meats, and cheeses, alongside premium roasted meats. Guests could enjoy American-style items like bacon, turkey sausages, hash browns, and pancakes, as well as Mexican-style favorites such as quesadillas, salsa roja, salsa verde, and chicken casseroles. There was also a vast selection of freshly-squeezed juices and a cereal bar with various milks for all dietary goals. While the breakfast was on the expensive side (around $30 per person), it was worth it every single day I stayed there. I fully recommend this hotel for any occasion.

This was my first time at Hotel Riu and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and the service was exceptional. I will definitely make Riu my firsts choice whenever I travel.

This hotel is beautiful , very cleaned I love it definitely I will stay again with all my family all the employees are useful very gentil are very nice and helpful only thing you need to improve is definably is the roof top take Gordy for drinks and food , take looong to bri g the orders other than that we had a great experience thanks to them
