Great property though expensive for what you got

Very walkable - safe - cute resort on Easter Island

This hotel provides excellent service. Concierge service is excellent. Room and interior was updated and mended very well. We are very satisfied with the stay here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were glad that we were there for 10 days and could relax between tours. Most of the guests were there for only 2 or 3 days and were obviously very tired.

Marvelous property and management. Truly a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Staff were so helpful with finding taxi, explaining what to do, and helping with Spanish translation Beyond what was expected
