Taha Tai

They had everything for a comfortable stay, amazing views, pool and very cozy area around it. But mostly amazing is the manager lady. She made me feel welcomed and taken care of, shared a lot of useful tips on where to go and what's happening right now, because of here I learned that there is a tapati festivale finale and saw this, otherwise probably would have missed it. Other stuff is also very friendly. Overall, great and comfortable stay

Pool is not that big as on the photo, but they do have it, it's clean and deep and does it really matter when you have a warm pacific ocean just in 5 minutes walk?!

Lovely, atmospheric hotel in a perfect location near the coast and walking distance to the main street. Clean with excellent WiFi. The restaurant was brilliant with a gorgeous view at sunset. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Airport transfer included, which was convenient and efficient. Highly recommend!

It was quite expensive for the size of the room and standard, but this might be normal for Rapa Nui. It's worth noting that the "room deposit" was not taken as a pre-authorisation as informed, but was a full payment on my credit card of $200, and they say it'll take a month for the refund to be processed. This is completely different to experiences in other hotels, and not in line with a so-called "pre-authorisation".

The cabinets were all very musty

The resort is lovely, good location by the sea front and close walk to the town centre. The room was big, beds comfortable but a bit bare and dated. The main advantage was the small pool and pool bar to relax after a day touring. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the restaurant. Amazing food, my seafood risotto with a steak was divine and my husband's tuna tataki was very good as well. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

I did not like the way the cleaning lady did her job. It seem that she is cleaning the rooms in specific order and ours was on the end of that list. We just returned from trip at 1:45 pm and rested for a bit in our room, after a konock on the door she told us that she is here til 2 pm and we are not letting her do her job, despite trying to tell, tha we came just do drop our bags:(

We stayed in a a regular room within the main building. There are also more costly bungalow rooms in rhe gardem. Rooms are good size but fairly basic. Bathroom could do with renovation. Shower over bath with horrible cheap plastic shower curtain. Cleaning was a bit perfunctory. By European standards would only consider to be a 3 star so expensive at almost £200 gbp per night but then this is Easter Island. Good location, just a few mins walk from the main street and the waterfront and lots of eating places. Friendly staff. Breakfast was OK. Fairly simple and same each day. Nice terrace overlooking the ocean where you can also get lunch and dinner although we didn't eat there as so many other options. Small pool with wooden sun loungers and some sun shades. Whilst not fancy, it was comfortable enough and didn't expect top quality in this location.

I had a wonderful stay at Taha Tai hotel. My room was comfortable and the property is beautiful. There is a cold and hot water dispenser at the reception area that was convenient. The beach is close by as are many shops and restaurants. There is a convenience store close by. I had dinner at the Restaurant twice and it was delicious!

Gorgeous location and lovely hotel. Breakfasts each morning in the restaurant were great with lots of choice. Also booked evening meals and the staff were super helpful and went over and above to give us the same table 2 nights running out on the terrace where we watch the waves crash in and the sun set.

Room was a little smaller than expected and terrace view wasn't quite of the sea but still good
