Beautiful location The manager and the staff were very friendly and helpful .Manager even helped us to make tours of the city. Excellent view of the sea from our balcony. Definitely recommend this place.

Quiet, clean, nice and excellent service from the staff. Amazing views from rooms. Walk to the square with several options for dining. Came in during off season, so most of the town was closed.

Georgia its the best help me with everything. Location its great. I slip and fall on the stairs being so slippery btw water and the polish painted stairs. Was stuck for a while with none to help me. Its just ruin my vacation. I live overseas but will sue this place.

What a fantastic place to stay. A small resort with private balconies with hot tub. The view you get is a little bit of what the gods see. Staff is first rate and the daily breakfast is a perfect way to start the day dining on your balcony.

They upgraded our room for free, and it was amazing! Above and beyond service! The staff is extraordinary! it was our honeymoon and they did extra stuff for us!

The La Luna suite bore little resemblance to the pictures. It is essentially a 15' X 70' lava tube painted white. There is a long step down from the bed, bathroom and entry that along with the arched walls presents ample opportunity to bang your head and faceplant on the way to the bathroom at night. The bathroom flooded three times after using the sink and shower. The hot tub was luke warm as was the breakfast. One bright spot was the guy that hoofed our bags up and down the steep entry stairs. When asked about a refund of the first night due to the bathroom flooding, they lied and said Expedia had the funds and that I would have to take it up with the when in fact they had debited my card on day one. The view from the terrace is amazing but you can find that with any decent hotel in Fira or Oia. Look elsewhere, this place is average at best.

Strange property though perhaps typical for Santorini. Rooms are off one staircase in order of price with the cheaper Phoebe at the bottom but still high enough for good views. The plus (could also be seen as a minus due to privacy/safety) with Phoebe is there is a gate leading out onto a walkway for access to a main pathway. To go anywhere if staying at the other suites, one must climb up to the top of the staircase. I was “upgraded” to Galatea. Beware: the private terrace is not locked and there are no curtains on the windows facing the terrace. During the day, they look semi mirrored but at night with the lights on, someone can come onto the terrace and see everything in the room and bathroom. I had employees on the terrace unexpectedly several times. I showered and changed in the dark.

The staff and hotel manager, Sakis were so nice and accomodating. They helped us with everything we needed and the staff member helped carry our heavy bags a lot. They were so sweet! Also the property is perfect location and beautiful views. Easy walkable to restaraunts and shops.
