Villa San Felice

Rooms did not have basic stuffs like iron, lotion, conditioners etc. Breakfast was very simple. One aspect of the stay we hated was that rooms door locks were physical keys which you need hand in at front desk every time you go out. Seriously? It’s 2024 and you still using physical keys for the door. The only positive thing I can say about is the location IF, you wanna stay near Piazzetta ( Capri center). I would not recommend this Hotel

Horrible Beds, horrible sleep. Staff very unfriendly at front desk, not welcoming. Would not return not even for free.

In a good location with a nice pool. Room was fairly basic but was no equipped with a powerful enough AC for the room size. We asked for support when it was showing 27C in our room but were told it was the best it could do. It was an old radiator type under the window with what looked like a modern AC unit piped in from outside blowing into a cabinet. There was tape inside that looked like was used to hold something to direct the airflow, but it was no longer there. We were provided a small, rusty, fan which did not make much of a difference. We called later on for another fan and someone came to check on us but then never returned with one. I used the hotel pamphlets to try and direct some air. Slept on top of the sheets for the night.

Ask for the bigger rooms Location was amazing

Great for price. Location was amazing. In centre of town. Beautiful pool and great friendly staff who were accommodating. Hotel was better than pictures.

Front desk staff. nice & helpful. Staff at breakfast did not say hello or greet us at all. Great location. Do not upgrade to terrace room, very underwhelming.

What a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Super clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast had lots of choices for everyone, eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruit and many more

Very good place, staff are very nice.

The location is perfect. The pool is wonderful. The rooms are spacious with great patios. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin. We were awoken to a couple yelling at each other at 2:30 in the morning. It went on for at least an hour, and it was impossible to sleep. My husband alerted the front desk but they did not seem to care. No one ever apologized or followed up. Luckily the unhappy couple left the next day, and with earplugs we could sleep through the night.

Absolutely beautiful property and rooms! The front staff were very kind and helpful when the ferries were all cancelled day of check out. They helped us book on the only ferry leaving the next day and assisted us with a contact to get the tickets from at the docks.
