Villa San Felice

The hotel was great and in a fantastic location. We spent a lot of time at the pool and had great service by Antonio and his staff. They made great drinks and were very helpful and attentive. The only negative thing I had happen was that the room that we were in did not get very cold with the AC. The rest of my families rooms were great but ours never really got very cold and it was hard to sleep.

We loved staying at Villa San Felice. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had a large patio with a table and chairs, overlooking the pool area. The air conditioning kept the room very comfortable (it was very hot when we were there). The buffet breakfast had an excellent assortment of food. Giampiero was very helpful. He recommended an excellent restaurant nearby. He made reservations for us and helped us with transportation around the area. This was by far our best experience in Italy and I can't say enough about this amazing hotel and the service.

This was our second stay at San Felice. We love it. Great location a few mins walk from main square in Capri, so easy to get to and easy to access all the shops etc. And yet it’s quiet and feels wonderfully secluded. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming and attentive. You feel special when you are here. The pool is great, the lemon tree garden refreshing and the breakfast provided is spot on. We only wished it was a bit warmer and drier when we stayed so that we could eat breakfast outside on the terrace under the lemon trees. Hope we can get back here again one day. We won’t bother looking for another hotel.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. That's the best advice I can give to someone. They will do absolutely everything possible to treat you badly and if for any reason you cannot make it to Capri (my reason was that there were simply no ferries to Capri due to bad weather) they will simply hold your money and tell you that this is your problem not theirs. If you don't believe me, read other comments like mine. Trust me, go find any other hotel in Capri and save yourself a ton of headache and money

poor customer service policies. beware

One advice to people looking for a hotel in Capri, do yourself a favor and do not book this hotel. They have extremely old looking rooms. Our washroom sink kept clogging which was gross. There was no shampoo, conditioner, lotion nothing. One of the nights the evening receptionist asked us for our key before we left for dinner how bizarre. My husband asked why he needed the key and the receptionist had no answer. Did i mention we paid $950 CAD for 2 nights. Just beyond terrible. We were here for our honeymoon, never returning again.

Great location. Excellent staff. Good arrangents for luggage transfer and ferrys. Comfortable room.
