Herschaftliche Anlage mit zwei grossen Pools. Somit immer eine Liege frei. Doppelstöckiges Detailorientiertes Apartments mit praktischen zwei Bäder.

Dinner im Restaurant, es war echt alles sehr sehr salzig. Ausser Sorbeto, das war toll.

We stayed for 10 nights at the Resort between 13-23/05/2025. Key good things: • Initial contact from Resort staff via whatspp prior to our arrival was efficient. My husband and I were made to feel very welcome when we first arrived. • Throughout our stay, most of our queries to the Reception were made via the Colleoli’s own whatspp page, and we had speedy responses from Reception. We found the staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. • Our room (Superior Apartment 9) was rustic; it has tall ceilings with beams and big windows. First impression was spacious and comfortable - see photos. • On our last night (22/05) there was an incident at our Apartment. Reception staff was quick to react and transferred us to another room (suite) for the night. Resort also provided us with a dinner voucher for both of us at I Secoli that evening, which was helpful. • The outdoor (unheated) swimming pool (for adults) was clean, well maintained and welcoming. We had enjoyed swimming in it. • Location of the resort was spot on for exploring (by car) the local area. • We enjoyed the local pizzeria (Tigli) which is an easy 5 minutes' walk from the resort. • Food at I Secoli was good but expensive. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

Key things for improvement: • We understood that the Colleoli management was aware of the incident in our apartment on 22/5, but there was no apology from senior management at that time. It was only 3 days later when we arrived home that I finally got a personal apology from Colleoli’s senior management. Maybe this is an area for future improvement regarding customer care and satisfaction during an unforeseen ‘never event’ at the Resort. • More work is required to maintain the gardens within the Resort. Because of this, I have taken off some points in the rating. • Towels for the swimming pool can be rented from the Reception at 5 Euro per towel for the duration of stay. We do not have a problem with this but think this should be stated in the small prints. • Reception was able to get us into our apartment ahead of the normal check-in time, which was very helpful. However, there was a very strong musky smell in our apartment which had taken 2 days for it to disappear. Also, there seemed to be a lack of attention to details e.g. we noticed the battery of a big clock above the kitchen area was out of order as the clock was not working (it was as showing 11 o’clock all the time during our stay). We don’t believe that the quality of an apartment should be compromised by an early check-in. We only found out later that we could have asked to be transferred to another room due to the smell. • Wifi in the apartment was temperamental and at times non-existent. This was resolved by fitting a new modem by the Resort staff.

Smukt sted med skønne grønne omgivelser.

Ingen rengøring hele ugen uden merbetaling. Har aldrig før prøvet at det ikke var en del af den almindelige pris.
